What Does IMPACT Mean

Impact occurs when a mentee experiences an a-ha moment. It’s that moment of confidence, insight and drive where everything becomes clear. Whether it’s about your career, your leadership skills, your interpersonal skills, it’s a conversation moment that has triggered something for you that makes the partnership impactful, long-lasting and even life changing.

Generic guides don’t unlock these insights, as each individual’s journey is unique. MentorKey’s adaptive approach, built on the expertise and experience of our people, prepares mentors and mentees for diverse scenarios that always end in impact.
